Hi friend! Let’s get to know each other…
I’m Brittany, the founder and principal designer of True Revival Co. More than that, I’m captivated by all things design, an avid carb lover, known crystal clutcher, and a certified sunshine seeker. I’m driven by my passion for creating spaces that truly fuel the soul. I believe in the good, and approach each space holistically-creating interiors that not only allow clients to function well in their every day lives, but to absolutely thrive.
It’s been a wild journey that’s led me to where I am, with lots of extraordinary experiences along the way. I like to think that I took the scenic route. As far as I can remember, I have always been fascinated by homes. As a child, I would draw houses with sidewalk chalk and dream up designs of my wildest imaginations. Fast forward many years later, I pinch myself because I get to help people feel the same excitement about creating the homes of their dreams.
Some of my proud experiences that led me to where I am now include graduating with my Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and Retailing, where I fell in love with the beauty of textiles and prints. After graduation I spent several years in the film and television world, where I learned the ins and outs of making fast paced productions. I ventured closer to Interior Design- working for a major e-commerce home furnishings retailer for many years. Here I dove into image production for home furnishings and decor, working with stylists and photographers alike. I learned my true calling for Interior Design and received formal education with the Rhode Island School of Design. This propelled me into residential design, where I’ve been working with some truly amazing clients for several years now. I passionately believe in well being within the home and therefore infuse Feng Shui into my overall design process. I continually strive to challenge myself daily and grow within this amazing industry.
I pride myself on my ability to create a space that feels collected. I obsess over found pieces, and love to incorporate fun, unexpected moments into each project. I feel most like myself in the sunshine- and my personal style reflects that. Cool, light, and breezy, with touches of eclectic glamour and subtle pops of bold color. I like to think I’m a nice mix of 70’s flare meets California cool. And all that entails.
